At MOVe Studio, we've curated more than just a space, we've created a visual playground for creators. Spread across 1000 sq. ft., our studio features 6 thoughtfully designed, ready-to-shoot sets and 4 versatile backdrops that cater to every creative need. From a dedicated podcast room to professional makeup vanities and a cozy changing area, every corner is built to enhance comfort and workflow. Whether you're a photographer, content creator, or brand storyteller, our space is crafted to turn your vision into vibrant reality, effortlessly and creatively.
Terms & Conditions
- Booking, Reservation & payment terms :-
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of booked session are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Full payment is due before the start of the session unless other-wise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods: Details regarding payment options are available upon request.

Studio Access & Studio Conduct :-

Clients will have access to the studio only during the booked time slot.

Overstaying the session time will incur additional charges of Rs 2000/- per hour.

15 minutes buffer time after the alotted session period is given for the packup.

The studio is a professional workspace, we expect clients and guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.

Loud or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Smoking, alcohol, nudity and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.

No soiled footwear.

No food inside the studio

Privacy and Confidentiality :-

All client information will remain confidential and used solely for the purpose of the booking.

Any personal data shared with the studio will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

Set Usage & Props :-

All sets and props must be treated with care.

Any damages to the set, props, or equipment will incur a repair or replacement fee.

Clients may not use studio equipment without prior consent and must be accompanied by a studio technician if using advanced equipment.

Any damage to equipment due to misuse will result in additional charges for repairs or replacement.

Studio Cleanliness and Tidiness :-

Clients are responsible for keeping their assigned sets clean during their session.

Additional cleaning fees will be charged if the space is left excessively dirty.

Photography and Content Rights :-

Clients hold full rights to the images captured during their session unless otherwise agreed upon.

The studio may use selected images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.

Unauthorized recording or distribution of photos is prohibited without the proper consent.

Late Arrivals :-

Late arrivals will not extend the session time, and the studio reserves the right to charge for the full session length.

Clients are expected to be punctual and arrive on time for the session before hand.

Safety and Liability :-

Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their team members or guests during the session.

The studio is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the session.

All personal belongings brought into the studio are the responsibility of the client.
