Terms & Conditions
- Rental period begins at the declared booking time regardless of arrival time.
- Rental ends when the last team member exits the studio.
- A grace period of 15-20 minutes is allowed post the booking end time. Exceeding 30 minutes will incur a full 1-hour charge.
- Damages caused to property, equipment, or inventory will be fully recovered from the person signing this agreement.
- Advance payment is non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 5 days of the shoot date.
- Use of paint, powder, flour, or any similar substances is strictly prohibited.
- No nailing, sticking, or painting is allowed on studio walls.
- No cooking (inside or outside). Only packed food is permitted.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio premises.
- Parking is the client's sole responsibility.
- Cleanliness must be maintained. Items must not be left outside the studio.
- Props not included in studio inventory must be brought prior to shoot start time.
- Additional props used from studio inventory beyond the set has to be informed well in advance to the studio team.
Studio assistant is not included and must be pre-booked if required.
There is no lift provision. Please plan logistics accordingly. Studio is on first floor
