Terms & Conditions
- To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total invoice is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the shoot.
- Extra charges will apply for heavier lighting equipment, such as HMI, Kino, Baby, Softy and/or any other halogen lights. A fee of ?20 per unit will be charged for each of these lights used.
- Spot boy overtime charges - ?750 for 4 hours, ?1000 for 8 hours, ?1250 for 12 hours. (to be paid in cash)
- Our payment terms require full clearance of the total amount, including GST, and not just the studio rental. Also an interest charge of 5% per day will apply to outstanding dues if payment is not made according to agreed terms. Additionally, any time exceeding the agreed-upon hours will incur extra charges as per standard hourly rate outlined in the invoice.
- The studio is on the 3rd floor and there is no luggage lift in the building. The normal passenger lift can be used for taking bags and other small items. No lights, stands or props are allowed to be taken via the lift.
- If you are getting a tempo with props or lights, then request you to please mention the same while confirming the booking so arrangements can be made prior, to avoid any inconvenience.
- The studio is available for hire 24/7.
- The studio rent will start from the booking time declared by the client, not on the actual time once the shoot starts. Rental time 'ends' when the last person in the group walks out of the studio. Please keep in mind when planning your shoot.
- The client is responsible in every way for whatever happens during the session, without regards to whosoever has damaged anything. The client will be responsible and will be charged for the damages done. This includes all the items in the studio space i.e. furniture, etc.
- If the next client has reserved the studio, you are obliged to leave the studio when your decided time slot is over.
- 20-30 minutes can be considered as a grace period only for pack up. However incase it crosses 30 minutes a full hour charge will be applied.
- Do not step or lean on the walls & furniture. Walking with footwear on the backdrop is strictly prohibited.
- Use of paint, flour, glitter or any other form of powder is strictly prohibited in the studio.
- No fire, cooking and smoking inside the studio.
- Chewing tobacco, smoking and spitting inside/outside the studio and on any studio property is fineable. A fine of Rs.10000 is levied by the studio which will be bourne by the client.
- Please get the video lights properly tested with the power supply prior.
- Nothing is allowed to be kept outside the studio, a fine of Rs.10000 is levied by the society which will be bourne by the client.
