Terms & Conditions
- The studio session will commence at the scheduled booking time provided by the client and will be calculated accordingly. A grace�period of 15-20 minutes is allowed for pack-up. However, if the pack-up exceeds 30 minutes, a full hour charge will apply. Rental time concludes when the last person exits the studio. Clients are�required to vacate the studio at the end of their designated time slot to accommodate the next booking.
- The studio will not be held responsible for any lost items or damages incurred during the shoot. Clients are liable for any damages caused to the studio and equipment.
- A minimum advance payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation, which is non-refundable, to secure the booking. The remaining payment must be settled by the end of the session.The studio assistant's responsibilities are limited to assisting with studio equipment and props. Assistant charges are not included in�the packages.�
- Alltenants are accountable for the rented equipment and accessories throughout the rental period. Prior to commencing work, please inspect the condition of the equipment and accessories.
- Walking with footwear on the backdrop is strictly prohibited.
- Please ensure cleanliness is maintained, or fines may be incurred.
- No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations of bookings. A 20% deduction from the advance payment will apply to cancellations.�
